Welcome to the new RMR website. It is still under construction, so, please bear with us as we try to provide you with an enjoyable model railroad experience!

Who we are

We are a New England based model railroad club, operating in HO scale, on a 40' x 60' layout in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Our layout

Our layout consists of a double- track mainline and a single- track industrial branchline, wirelessly controlled by a Digitrax Radio- equipped DCC Super Chief system.

RMR Lines is a fictional railroad operating between Mechanicville, New York and Boston, Massachusetts, along part of the old Boston and Albany route.

The rolling stock and locos are free- lanced, and, include diesels and steamers from various past and present railroads, as well as exclusive RMR equipment.

All scenery is prototypically Northeast rolling topography with major landmarks along the route.

Operation is point- to- point between Mechanicville and Boston, or, continuous, for fun-runs and open house demonstrations.
